Alas, my blog doesn't include online comments, but feel free to share your responses with me at cyan@protgp.com 03/02/2005I wrote two stories last night, "Quiet Celebration" and "Sweet Revenge" and stayed up way too late doing it. They are both, well, twisted. I might post one of the two on a story group I recently ran across at groups.yahoo.com. Occasionally I've posted stories here and there, including a few from my membership area. I've posted to Erotica Readers & Writers Association, an excellent site for writers, the Usenet Group alt.sex.stories.moderated, and Storiesonline.net, which requires sign-up but you can read for free. I think I once submitted a story to Richard's Realm but while it's a very nice site, for some strange reason, I've never gotten a response out of them, either for the story posting or for my occasional requests for a link. A friend recommended the site to me recently as a place to help publicize this site, but nothing's ever come of my efforts. The review I wrote of the site doesn't fawn over it, but neither does it say anything bad about it. I also discovered links to this site from a couple of sites I link to, Erotic Friction and Lustre Magazine, two excellent sites. 03/01/2005Added a couple of links. Pain4Fem which sells videos and has extensive stills, and Free Sex Stories at blogspot.com which has links to free stories including one of mine. I've recorded a couple of recent juicy story ideas that might inspire me to write. 02/27/2005I've come up with synopses and story codes for more than two hundred of my stories now. I feel like I'm on the home stretch. I'm sure they won't be very consistent. I find there are judgments to make, and to assure a consistent criteria would require me to go through the stories more than once. For example, a story might be about sex between two females, or that might be just one thing that happens in the story, or there might be a reference to sex between females but it doesn't actually happen. I'm using the code "ff" for sex between females, but I am sure I have not applied it consistently. As for synopses, looking at what I've done so far, I find many have been "blurbs" that reveal little. Something like this: "A woman meets her new neighbor and unusual things begin to happen." I've seen sites where a story might be described as: "An account of a wife being trained as a slave," which is brief but certainly characterizes the bulk of the story. I figure that is the sort of thing I ought to be providing. Over time, I might improve the synopses and codes as I go through stories again with clearer criteria established in my mind. I had planned to devise ways of sorting on or searching for keywords, but that has turned out to be rather complicated so I think the first incarnation will simply be a large page listing all the stories that you can scan or you can search for particular codes using your browser. 02/22/2005Just noticed that the blog A Creative Spanked Wife added a link to me. Yay! And Thanks! It's a blog with fantastic spanking artwork, that I originally saw at Jane's Guide. I'll talk about some of my favorite online artwork in a future entry. What have I been doing lately? I've come up with a couple of story ideas, but haven't been writing. What I have been but doing is working on a "story finder" page to have synopses and story codes. Part of the effort is coming up with the codes and synopses for the site's stories (I have 175 stories yet to do) and the rest is coming up with a way to present them. In any case, using the story finder page will be your option. I've been shy about story codes and synopses because a large part of what I can offer is surprise. So when I offer a "story finder" page, you'll still have the option of using the existing page that lists the story links solely by title. 02/17/2005Lately, I've been trying to participate in RL rather than write, but I had a story idea today while watching a very good looking woman give a presentation. It was an unexpected benefit to attending. I dreamed up a whole plot so perhaps I'll have a story soon. I'm adding a link to www.fetish-school.com so check it out. Recently I added Spanking Bethie which I found at Spanking Blog. 02/12/2005I uploaded my five latest stories: "By Invitation", "Seducing Lessons", "If Only", "My Favorite", and "Real Satisfaction". Enjoy. I've been writing too much, lately. Generally, I try to make sure I write a couple of stories every month, but at the rate I'm going so far, I could do a hundred stories this year. But that's not going to happen. 02/11/2005Just wrote "My Favorite". It began as an idea about a teacher who has a favorite student and whips her for no apparent reason other than that she likes her. I adjusted it a bit to make it marginally more plausible. It's a story of the innocent suffering and if you read my stories, you may notice that I never punish the ones who deserve it. Though the punished may feel guilt, they are relatively innocent, but of course, they find their punishment arousing. Their tormentors knew them better than they knew themselves. That must be a dark side of myself that I'm letting out. To me, punishment of the deserved is serious business. This is story number three hundred and one. I think I'll make it the next free story. Number three hundred is definitely for the membership side. I normally make these choices totally at random. 02/09/2005I finished story number three hundred, a milestone to be sure. I had this idea for a completely non-erotic, romantic story, so that's number three hundred. It's actually hardly a story at all, merely a fragment. I still have the idea I mentioned before, plus another, about a woman who is hiking in the woods and happens upon a group planning to engage in an interesting pastime. Well, here's to three hundred more. Good grief, it's hard to imagine such a thing! 02/06/2005I just now finished "Seducing Lessons," the story I mentioned before, that was growing to be so long. Sure enough, it's 10,000 words and will be the site's longest story. It probably could use some cuts, but though I very often edit paragraphs, sentences, phrases, and wording, I very seldom make large-scale changes to a story that I've finished. Sometimes if a story isn't going anywhere, some big changes will do the trick. "Seducing Lessons" has a sadness in it that is not usual for my stories, but I've occasionally attempted such things. I date when I begin writing a story, and this is a story I started back in 2003 and finally picked up again this week. "Seducing Lessons" is story number 299. A new story-idea occurred to me today, which is a candidate for 300. It's a rather simple tale: a straight woman sits in a movie theatre with her best friend, who is also straight and female, hating the movie they are watching, and suddenly she realizes her best friend is feeling her up. 02/05/2005I just finished a story that occurred to me today. It's called "By Invitation", is 3000 words and I'm quite pleased with it. Writing stories when they are still fresh in my brain works pretty well. It's about a woman trying to move up the corporate ladder, who comes to learn some not-well-known ways of the elite and powerful. Yes, yes, yes, your guesses are correct. This will be story number 298 for the site, so I'm approaching number 300. I wrote quite a few stories under other pseudonyms before founding this site and together, they total over a million words, not that I'm counting! Let's see, if I turn out a thousand words per hour, then I've squandered, uh, how much time on this stuff? I'd planned to attempt to finish another story I'm working on tonight. I'd like to finish the starts I have, that have promise. I like this storyline, which is about a woman who takes a class ostensibly to improve her marriage, but actually to break it up and turn her lesbian. The site already has a story about a man caught up in something like that. The problem with this unfinished story is that it's already more than 3500 words and has hardly begun. The plot is not at all complex, but making each step plausible seems to require a lot of prose. It could be 10,000 words or more the way I see it. Well, I still like the story and have been massaging the plot and wording in my head and I want to finish it. My stories are short enough that I typically plot them in my head, then often mentally practice write them, such as when I'm driving or doing some mundane chore. Sometimes I come up with wording that I'd really like to remember for when the time comes to actually write. Wording is extremely important to me and I feel a single key phrase in one of my stories can make or break it. I added another blog link tonight, that I found at Jane's, whose new reviews offer me a lot of gems. This blog is called Kinky Librarian and I absolutely cannot pass up a blog with a name like that.
